First Morning in Japan

We got an early start this morning waking up at 5:00 am local time. The sun rises here at 4:50 so to us temporally confused travelers this seems much later. Today we will walk into Narita and see a few sites before figuring out how to get to Kanazawa on the other side of this island nation.

A sophisticated Japanese toilet in our hotel room. 
 
The author in a japanese bath robe and disposable slippers (coming sealed in a plastic bag) supplied by the hotel. I am holding a fermented milk beverage which we got out of a vending machine down the hallway out of curiosity.
